Lead operations across education, compliance, fundraising, and growth.
This role supports NACEF’s educational mission by helping expand youth science education, AI applications in senior health management, partnerships, nonprofit operations, compliance, and organizational growth.
Core responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand NACEF’s educational programs.
- Collaborate with academic institutions, community organizations, donors, and partners.
- Oversee design, implementation, and evaluation of educational R&D programs.
- Maintain educational excellence and equity, especially for underprivileged and minority students.
- Ensure compliance with nonprofit laws and 501(c)(3) requirements.
- Manage legal matters related to intellectual property, partnerships, and contracts.
- Advise the board on legal risks, governance, and compliance issues.
- Lead fundraising, donor relations, and strategic partnerships.
- Oversee budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting.
- Manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff and volunteers.
