  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand NACEF’s educational programs.

  • Oversee design, implementation, and evaluation of educational R&D programs.
  • Maintain educational excellence and equity, especially for underprivileged and minority students.
  • Ensure compliance with nonprofit laws and 501(c)(3) requirements.
  • Manage legal matters related to intellectual property, partnerships, and contracts.
  • Advise the board on legal risks, governance, and compliance issues.
  • Lead fundraising, donor relations, and strategic partnerships.
  • Oversee budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting.
